Joke," declares Facebook account name "Ang Katipunero."

"Puro kasi formality kahit hayagan tayong niloloko. We need to sacrifice a few if this is the right price," dagdag pa ni," Ang Katipunero.

Ito naman ang sinabi ni Titus Perez ng Dagupan City: "Ka Toto, please include me in the signatory urging COMELEC to correct their mis-counting and give justice to the truly winners and immediately DECLARE SEN. KOKO PIMENTEL WITHOUT DELAY AS THE 12TH SENATORIAL CANDIDATE WHO ACTUALLY WON THE MID-TERM ELECTION IN 2007!!!"

Dyaryo Magdalo backs Koko's fight for truth

Picture
Consistent with its language that is truth and spirit that is liberty, Dyaryo Magdalo has committed itself to fully support the spirited fight of the people who care for the truth to prevail and liberty to be respected in the protest case of Mr. Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III.
This commitment came after it clearly appeared that the senators who were--and still are after reelection lately--members of the Senate tribunal voted to reject the truth when they were called upon to decide  whether to declare  Pimentel as the 12th winner of the  2007 senatorial elections despite the very clear and convincing evidence.
These senators--Ed Angara, Loren Legarda, Lito Lapid and Kiko Pangilinan--twisted the truth at the height of the fight for the presidency of the Senate of Philippines.  Shockingly, the resolution was decided just a few days before the term of the previous Congress was to expire.  As such, then Senator Dick Gordon was able to vote, also against the truth: that the lead of Mr. Pimentel appeared clearly insurmountable.
Pimentel has gained a total of 257,401 votes in his protest that recounted 2,658 precincts mostly in Maguindanao, clearly erasing the 19,292 votes lead of protestee  Mr. Miguel "Migz" Zubiri as proclaimed by the Benjamin Abalos-led Comelec that was believed to be covering up for the fake votes from the province where then presidential candidate Fernando Poe Jr. got zero votes in several towns where he was hailed as a hero by Muslim tribesmen.
Thus, Dyaryo Magdalo fights for truth to prevail.

NATIONWIDE mass for justice for the people and KOKO PIMENTEL, the GENUINE 12th Winner in the 2007 Senatorial Elections

A nationwide mass was set to be held on September 10, 2010 to press for the declaration of Mr. Aquilino "Koko" Pimentel III as the GENUINE 12th winner in the 2007 senatorial elections.
One of these masses was set at 3:30 p.m. at St. Joseph Church at the corner of Aurora Boulevard and Anonas St., Quezon City.
Supporters of the people's movement who are Filipino Muslims were set to celebrate on September 10 to start  the month-long fasting, which is The Feast of Eid'l Ftr, holding prayers for the voice of the people to reign supreme over the greed and avarice of power blocs in the Senate of the Philippines.
Other than Zubiri, this bloc composed of Senators Eduardo Angara, Loren Legarda, Lito Lapid and Kiko Pangilinan have just held the people hostage with their unfounded and baseless decision to call for the counting of more than 50,000 precincts counter-protested by Mr. Miguel Zubiri.
It was noted that Pangilinan voted along with Angara's line to approve a "midnight resolution" that took place at the height of the vetting for votes for the contest for the Senate President's position.
Justice Antonio Carpio strongly dissented to the majority, pointing out that there was no way for Zubiri to be able to catch up with the about 200,000 votes lead of Mr. Koko Pimentel.  Senator Pia Cayetano concurred in the opinion of Justice Carpio.

It took more than three years to complete the counting of about 23,000 precincts since the start of the protest  filed by Mr. Koko Pimentel in 2007.
How many years would it take for the Senate Electoral Tribunal to finish counting the more than 50,000 precincts named by Zubiri in his very obvious bid to delay the protest case and consume the whole term of the senate post he is holding as a fake senator?
Only God can tell whether the people can make their voice reign over these politicking senators who were reelected to the Senate Electoral Tribunal, the body that decides the ongoing protest case.
